"Everything was great bed was comfortable and although I didn’t use the kitchen facilities , it was a nice touch for a longer stay . My only negative was you could hear the cars on the roadway nearby otherwise I was pleased with my stay . It felt safe and secure ."

"My stay at resort Casino was quite pleasant. I went for a short day with my family for a weekend getaway. The rooms were tidy and clean, but outdated. The front desk was efficient and fast. We were on the second floor so didn’t have much of an ocean view. Resorts casino is conveniently close to the boardwalk. There is a strong smell of smoke that lingers throughout the hotel so be prepared for that. Overall, I’d recommend resort casino for a quick staycation."

"First of all the suite was clean and the bed was made. When we use the toilet, we notice there was no toilet paper anywhere. Call maids service and they said we’ll be up with the toilet paper. Waited over 20 minutes no one show up. Called back no answer. When finally got some one, I just told them to put it in the room since we arrive late and haven’t had dinner yet. After dinner. Came back to the suite and one roll of toilet paper was hanging on the door handle of the room. When for a shower and after shower, couldn’t find any towel, call maid service again and told them we don’t have any towel in the room. Waited 1/2 an hour and no one showed up. By that time I was pretty dry. I call maid service again. No answer. Try several time more. Still no answer so I try to call the front desk. No asnswer from front desk also. It’s around 9:40 pm and seems like no one is working at this hotel. I keep calling back and forth between maid service and front desk and very frustrated at this point. Finally some one showed up with some towels. Next morning around 7:30 am. The fire alarm went off and had an announcement saying leave the room and go down to the ground floor and do not use elevator. Everyone on our floor proceeded down the stairs and the fire exit at the ground floor was lock shut and cannot open. Then we went back up to 3 floor, we got into the lobby and talk to the desk, they don’t know about the fire alarm and just said go back up, the elevator works. Never come back again"

"It is problematic that the windows in guest rooms won't open. Being by the sea, hearing the ocean and experiencing the atmosphere of a sea town is lessened if you can't open your windows! The TV in our room was basically nonworking all weekend. Finally, your pillows are really bad. Otherwise, this hotel is historic, located the best of all hotels in town, and fits the vibe of AP really well. The cafe downstairs is great and the staff is wonderful."

"The problem was on the boardwalk so it’s great for a beach getaway. Only thing I don’t like is that the hotel charges for parking, this should be free with your stay. All in fairness the rooms are nice, but had no iron or ironing board, I guess this was my fault for not reading. So again this place is great for going to the beach and spending your time on the boardwalk."
