The kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day trip and the instructions for checking in and out were short and easy to follow. 「the location was nice in that you can see the water, the house is in need of updates. there was a stale smoke smell, paint cans in one of the bathrooms that were dangerous if a child got into them. the bedrooms were comfortable and served the group. The central air was barely working. There were no beach towels as the org listing stated when I booked. NIce coffee shop and breakfast in walking distance.」
