"Great room and the staff were very accommodating when I informed them that the room was still semi dirty when we first walked in at check in. They quickly rectified the situation and upgraded the room. "

"Room was not cleaned daily and ran out of toilet paper and called room service and housekeeping several times and no one answered the phone. The water park was small and extremely crowded and it was mostly slides. Restaurant looked like a cafeteria. Eggs were fake!"

"Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful."

"It was disgusting. There was garbage in the trash can upon checkin. The bed skirt was absolutely filthy. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor. The toilet leaked in to the bedroom area. The floors were sticky. The tv did not work. I left without my deposit of $30 cash. I honestly don’t know if it could have been worse."
