"I stayed on the bay view tower, which was very outdated. The room had red juice stains on the carpet and the bathroom vanity was old with several rust stains around the bottom. Terrible experience the family pool was packed with teens horse playing"

The WiFi did not work, and they told me they are switching carriers. The water park was fun, but packed. We spent hours on line and the lazy river was a traffic jam. The arcade is just more chaos and lacking management. The restaurants feel like homeless shelters and also have horrible service. "
