5th time staying here for short getaway. Our room was very clean. The AC worked great. The refrigerator was clean and cold. Our bed really comfy. Pool and hot tub warm and very clean. Obviously, we will stay again.

The hot tub was great but the pool was cold. There was mold in the bathroom all over the shower wall. The drain in the bathtub was broke. Went to pull it up and the whole thing came off like it wasn't even glued. Trying to get towls was next to impossible. Staff was not kind. The vending machines did not work. It is forsure a 1 star hotel.

There was an issue with the hold on my CC that the hotel knew at 11am in the morning. They called and left a message at 6pm that they would be cancelling my reservation and releasing it to someone else. When I called the hotel they said they would accommodate my stay. When I drove to and arrived at the property I was told they could NOT accommodate me and I could go to local hotel. Something I could easily do myself. As my companion expressed her displeasure with the situation the desk clerk was rude. Completely unacceptable customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Staff was extremely rude. Had the room for two days after the first day I got a call asking why I didn’t check out and then they told me they went in the room with no one in there and it smelled like smoke. No one ever smoked in the room. Told me I had to pay extra fees and move to a smoking room. The smoking rooms were extremely disgusting could tell they never get cleaned. Asked for the manager and said the manager was out of the state and I couldn’t talk to anyone and it wasn’t going to fix anything. I don’t recommend. All about the money and charge for absolutely everything

The room cleanliness was very poor, we didn’t even take a shower, the tub had soap scum in it, toilet was dirty, dust everywhere, headboard had greasy hand prints in it, floor was dirty, the room overall felt old and dirty. I couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. And because the front desk Agent was less than helpful, we was tired I didn’t even try to complaint. The hotel it self is neglected. I came with my 5 and 4 year olds around 11pm just after a snow storm took our lights and heat. I ask a single question about possibly checking out later than 11am out of worry to not have heat back at our house in the morning, instead of saying no we can do that or the price will be the following, the front desk person suggested I should of gone to a “better hotel to have fun and enjoy” whatever that means. I checked out around 9:50am right after we woke up. Room 209

I made a social media post in reference to the Patel Hotels and how they often hire illegal immigrants to clean and I have been targeted. They just arbitrarily took my security deposit and claimed my room was dirty during checkout. I asked for something in writing that says that is even possible and he told me he owns several hotels in the area and that is how it is and refused to put it in writing this is direct discrimination

The hotel was very quiet, which made for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room overall was nice. I also appreciated the convenient location. Hotel ia close to fast-food options, Family Dollar, Dollar General, and across from a trampoline park, which was great for the kids. Another plus was the on-site convenience store area, which offered helpful items such as toothpaste, snacks, bathing suits, and other essentials. There were a few areas that could be improved. Like the bathtub. Ours was peeling. Need to be replaced or upgraded. Additionally, our pool experience was disappointing. Although everyone in my party was already included and paid for in my reservation, when we arrived at the pool the room key did not work. I had to return to the front desk. There I was informed that we won’t be able to let ourselves in they had manually let us in, count us and then distribute towels to each person. This process felt unnecessarily strict and made me feel mistrusted. Felt like I was in prison :( Breakfast could also be better managed. There was along line, limited waffle makers, and no staff assistance to help with the flow. By the time we waited, the kids were hungry, and we ultimately went to McDonald’s instead. Having staff assist during breakfast would make a big difference. Overall, the hotel has several strengths, especially in location and comfort, but addressing these concerns would greatly improve the guest experience.
