「Chose this place because of the closeness to the beach and that it had parking. It was perfect for our needs and included breakfast which was great. Room was a little small but was nice. Loved that they included beach chairs and an outdoor shower. Very friendly host team. Would recommend. 」

「Unfortunately last time Expedia cut off my review so I was unable to rave about what a great host Dawn was. She has really put in an immense effort to take the Vrbo/Airbnb experience to the next level by transforming her home into an operational b&b experience for her guests. With prices on LBI skyrocketing in recent years it’s hard to find quality and affordability anywhere. Dawn has combined both and added hospitality and care as well. Do not hesitate to book!」
