"The main reason i picked this location to stay was to experience the spa. Found out when i arrived it was permanently close. Also I paid they put a hold of $150+ my tax. $226.68. which was told i would recieve $150. but when i chevked out i was charged an additional $76.68 for the tax. Therer was no one to check uou out and the computer. "

"Controls for the air and heat were non existent. We froze each night. Also, no blanket or comforter on the bed. Had to ask for a blanket for the first night. The next night we asked for another. The afternoon housekeeping staff helped. There were no places to set or hang anything in the bathroom, except one towel rack. In the living area there were also no places to hang anything, dress clothes, jacket etc. this was all for a premium price in April. Will not be back."

"Chose this hotel because of the free breakfast. In the hotel lobby theres a sign that says breakfast starts at 7am. I get down there the next morning and im told they no longer offer free breakfast, but had granola bars instead. Every granola bar was atleast 2 years expired. The coffee had soap bubbles in it. Another customer was in the lobby because his car was stolen the night before from the parking lot. Crazy area."

"Loved our stay here! Great and spacious resort. The view from the room was nice. Also loved the design of the building and how it all connects together. The fish tank area in lobby is wonderful. All staff were incredibly nice!"

"The king suite was clean when we got there but there was no housekeeping at all during the 3 days we were there, the pool at the water park was very dirty and disgusting, staff was really rude would not recommend ."
