"My room had no air. Hot water took forever to warm up. Overall the casino had poor air flow and was uncomfortable…ended up leaving a day early because of it. Spent a lot of money here and all I received was $5 off my parking which was already free anyways. Not enough staff inside. A slot machine malfunctioned and wouldn’t print my ticket. Took over 30 minutes for someone to come help me get my ticket back. Went to Caesar’s and the same thing happened only I had hit the bonus when the machine turned off and they turn it back on and no bonus. Crazy that has never happened to me anywhere and happens twice in a day at Caesar rewards locations. Pretty sketchy prolly won’t be back"

"Came in the middle of a football conference and it was the worst. My family and I were so uncomfortable, children were banging on our doors and running and security seemed to not really care when I told them. The worst stay I had at this place."

"Pretty disappointed- sister didn’t get to check in till almost 8pm. They overbook and do not have enough room let alone staff to clean the rooms. Towels are scarce. Barely working vending machines. And honestly just overall ghetto. Would only come back for the arcade and go kart. But would deff not sleep here again. "

"Smoke smell was everywhere. Rooms were clean and staff was good. Ordering drinks at the slots was insanely difficult. Drink girls disappeared constantly and you need to flag them down. Nothing but attitudes. That was the worst service. The hotel pool was not in season and mostly closed. Amenities in hotel room were non existing. Still better then hardrock hotel. "

"I love old buildings so I stay here often . It’s very classy and period correct, very clean . They do not have a merchant for water , soda, chips etc…. So I bring this with me when I stay . "
