"My fiancé and I & 12 of our friends all stayed here comfortably for our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend. The interior of the house is nicely updated, and the house was clean & tidy when we arrived. Check-in was easy and straightforward, and we were able to park in the house's garage (I would not plan to use the garage unless you drive a sedan; a larger vehicle likely would not fit). The rest of our group parked in the lot immediately next door to the property; it cost about $30/car to park Fri-Sun in mid September. The hosts were super communicative and friendly throughout our stay, and we were able to reserve some extra beach chairs and umbrellas for our stay. We also used the property's charcoal grill which was great.
One minor note on the property - the bedroom listed with a sofa bed does not have a door and is less of a true separate bedroom and more of a living room on the end of a hallway. There is a room divider included for some privacy however.
I would recommend looking into the location if you are less accustomed to urban areas - there are some boarded up buildings nearby and general surroundings that might make some folks feel less comfortable, but we had absolutely no problems.
The location was perfect for us - we never had to take an Uber and easily walked to the beach and the Tropicana. We even walked on the boardwalk to Caesars which was still a reasonable 10-15 min walk.
All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!"
