"The bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was large. And my friend attending conference with me, who is having foot surgery soon, relied on security to push her to and from room and convention center part of resort and they were wonderful. HOWEVER, check in line took nearly an hour. Staff underwhelmingly limited in their graciousness. I called dow to front desk after realizing I forgot my toothbrush. was told "we don't supply those. The vending machine on your floor might have some, but don't hold me to that. You can buy one in the gift shop." Walls in Waterfront tower paper thin. Laminate floors made rooms very loud. People in room next to me held loud argument for half an hour then must've "made up" (if you know what I mean) and that activity went on LOUDLY for a solid hour after midnight. So loud, it sounded like they were in my room vs. next door. Finally, when leaving, there was some sort of failure with parking garage gates. One employee finally came to help. Took almost an hour to exit garage. Oh, and almost entire property smelled like smoke-soaked carpet. Especially the closer you got to casino area. Escalator down from 2nd floor to casino broken, so people were carrying suitcases up and down stairs. Distance from parking garage to convention center area was 4,000 steps per my Apple watch. Be ready to walk a LOT and take a lot of stairs."

"Nobu hotel is the nicest place on the property the entire staff and the restaurant staff are gold star and excellent at what they do every single person working there is great at their profession "

"Everything was great except for the elevators! It got extremely busy there only 3 elevators worked and 1/3 kept opening and shutting before it took u up other than that pretty cool place especially for the kids "

"No shops. I wasn’t given a parking tag and car was towed from the property and I paid for 2 days. Had to pay to get my car back. The company appare Uses a virtual card not your actual card when booked online. Very sketchy. I’ll never use this property again"
