「Very nice hotel, but they should renovate their pool. The paint is very chipped and cleanliness was questionable. Also the parking situation is annoying. They have 70 rooms and only about 45 parking spaces. Street parking is not easy to find and quite pricey. Good accommodations when traveling with pets, it’s situated close to the dog beach. Overall a nice hotel with great potential.」

「The picture is misleading, it only has views of room and pool but it’s actually like a motel and no one was there to help. The most intolerable are the restroom and water smells like sewage The room is also very humid. In general, not recommended.」

「We had a great stay at the Oceanic Hotel. The rooms were updated and very clean, the pool was excellent, and the location is perfect just a short walk to the boardwalk. The only downside was the parking. On-site parking is limited, and while there is an overflow lot nearby, finding a spot isn’t guaranteed. If both are full, you’ll likely have to pay for expensive public parking.」

「Everything was great! The beach, shopping, wineries, restaurants are all within 10 minutes away. Uber prices were high, but we also needed a vehicle for 5. We didn't use the kitchen amenities, but could be s great bonus to avoid dining out every meal. The pool area had nice cabanas and public bathroom, so you didn't have to walk back to your cottage. We didn't use the fire pit but the area was nice. I would love to stay again!」

「Close to the beach and cheap price The bad Pillows are very hard and theres no comforter on the bed just a bed sheet Check out was at 10am as I'm gathering my bags to walk out at 10:03 the door the staff person was banging on my door and looking through the window stating that if we're not gone by 10:30 they apply a late fee for him to bang on the door and look through the blinds while me and my family were in there at 10:03 was very disrespectful」

「This place is a short drive to the beach. Worth it because it was a lot less expensive than hotels "on" the beach. The hotels "on" the beach are really not on the beach. True you don't need a car to get to the beach when staying in these hotels. You just cross the main road. But it's not like the property sits on the beach itself like in other places, Myrtle Beach, for example. And the Beach Club on Madison Avenue has a sister hotel that is on that main road. This means, you can get beach...
