"We had a problem with the check-in experience. We ended up renting a room from another hotel for our first night there because we were unable to check in, despite calling ahead of time to make sure that we could check on a little late. The kitchenette in our suite was a little strange. The only sink available was the one in the bathroom and there was no soap made readily available to wash our dishes. The room was not very clean, but the view from the room, was great. In all the room wasn't terrible, I just would have rather had a more pleasant first experience with this hotel. I am usually not one who leaves reviews, but I feel it may be helpful for others this time."

"Lovely beach hotel with great views. Easy walking to Washington Street shopping area and grocery store (a few blocks). Staff were very friendly. Notes: no elevator, which they are up front about, and the office is closed until 8am. We stayed during off-season, which may affect hours."

"Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was regarding maid service. We left the room available from 0700 to almost 1500. Room had not been cleaned. We decided to put out the do not disturb sign. We got a text message close to 1600, asking if we wanted maid service because they were leaving for the day. We opted out of maid service for the day."
