Before arriving, we made sure we were located on the first floor and Riviera Resort made sure this was the arrangement. The boardwalk is accessible with multiple ramps including the one close to the resort. Plenty of parking spots available. The staff members in Riviera Resort are very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning to this hotel!"
