「Great place!!」

「I stayed one night during my first trip to Cape May, and I was happy with my stay at Icona. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was so comfy, and the location was great. I would stay there again.」

「No ocean view although the pictures show it has one. We were on the first floor that opened to the pool and restaurant. Every hotel I’ve been to let you check in early and use the pool, etc. This one does not. We didn’t get to go to the beach or pool.」

「We appreciated the ability to check in on the later side. The breakfast choices were excellent and the food abundant and delicious, and the local recommendations for places to eat were also very good. Parking on site was also a nice amenity.」

My friend who joined me already booked a house for next year. The bikes were a great extra. The pool was lovely although I feel it would be way too small if all houses were full and guest all wanted to swim. Luckily for us, most people wanted to sit by the pool but not actually swim. 「We stayed here while my daughter was playing in the Battle on the Beach Flag Football Tournament, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The man and woman at the front desk were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. I wish I had gotten their names so I could recognize them personally! The gentleman even gave my dog a toy, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The motel is pet friendly and had free parking which was a huge plus. 「Nice place for a smaller family. Sleeper sofa was kinda small so it's ok for one person. Sofa/living room small as well. Table is too small for everyone to eat together. The place has a very modern and minimalist look which I appreciate. A very short walk and you're at the beach. Staff was great. Had no issues at all during my stay.」
