「I was shocked how did this property passed the Expedia standards for hotels?? There’s no check in counter and the property looks like a run down building. I came to check in and there’s no communication on how to? I called the “hotel’s contact #” but nobody to talk to. Someone texted back to apologize because they have cancelled my booking and I’m getting the refund. It’s already 5pm so I was scrambling to find a hotel on a last minute. Very bad experience! 00/5!!」
