"There was was an awful noise from the plumbing every now and then "

"The room was sooo hot we had to open the windows and get a fan to be some what comfortable. It was still stuffy and there was a smell in our room. The room was clean. Definitely more dated than the pictures looked online. The staff was all unhelpful and rude. I interacted with maybe 8 staff members and only 1 was nice to us, 1. The internet was fast, the view was phenomenal, the area was great. The hotel itself left more to be desired. We did get to eat at Vicinity restaurant and that was good . The drinks were awful. My most favorite thing was the view out of our window and walking out of our hotel to see Tower Bridge right there as well as the Thames River. "

"Honestly a very large room for London. Not much of a view from my room but a good trade off as it made the room very quiet at night. Having access to a small kitchen was really nice. 24/7 front desk and they were all really friendly "

"Restricted amenities and friendliness did not match up to my multiple previous stays at the Nobu brand. There was no "real" bar available. You could see the "Aetheos club/bar area" from the lobby but it was restricted from normal guests like some sort of private club. Tone from the front desk about access was less than favorable. The Awesome bar that used to be downstairs is gone. Hotel room was still nice - but I don't think I'll be back with so many other full offering hotels in the area. "
