"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now and I would normally rather it excellent ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️but this stay the room was not up to scratch, the toilet flush was broken and kept me awake"

"The room was clean and well equipped, there is parking but all taken at the time but are some bays local that are free 6:30PM to 8:30am. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't stay for the breakfast. Location is great with Elizabeth station just 3-5 mins walk."

"The spa and hotel operate as separate businesses, which means charges cannot be added to the hotel room bill. Unfortunately, this was not explained to us at check-in. While at the spa, we ordered a few drinks and I did not have my card with me. Instead of offering a convenient solution, the staff advised me to get changed, return to my room to collect my card, and then come back to settle the bill. It was an extremely disappointing and inconvenient experience."

"Comfortable overnight stay before an early morning flight. Granted accessible room as requested. Prompt check in and out. The only let down was the lack of gluten free options on the menu in the restaurant for our evening meal. It took 3 staff for me to explain my dietary needs for coeliac disease before finally being offered an adapted chicken dinner."

"The hotel was in a good location convenient for Stratford station with easy walking access to it. The Moxy was very clean, and the staff extremely helpful, friendly and professionaly."

"Tired and run down. Changed rooms and the second one ws also awful. Bed uncomfortable and bathroom dirty. Stains on carpet and evetything is dated. Food is average at best. Staff are friendly. Ive stayed here everal times for work and aadly i wont be booking again."
