"We loved everything about our stay. The home is perfectly located near town and close to hiking and nature. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was clean and comfortable. The outdoor space is absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing - we never even turned the TVs on. "The property is showing it’s age but the rooms are large and a great location. We paid a resort fee however the pool staff was no where to be seen. Had to go to the front desk to get pool towels. Some details need to be worked out but overall I would stay there again."

"This place is FANTASTIC!! Front desk personnel were pleasant. The lady at the front desk on Thursday night, (I didn’t get her name) was so helpful. The rooms are small but clean. The air conditioning in the room was icy cold. The beds & pillows were AMAZING!! You can’t beat the location. We were within walking distance (under 1/2 mile) to everything. The main strip, casino, bars. We didn’t drive anywhere. The pool area is lovely. Plenty of chairs. They even had misters going. Poolside bartender Nick was great!! He kept our drinks coming with a smile. They have a full breakfast in the morning free of charge. The breakfast area is clean. The food was good & fresh. I read a lot of negative reviews for various things & have to say we didn’t experience anything negative while we were there. It wasn’t noisy. The hotel staff throughout the property were friendly. The hotel is older but not in a negative way at all. It’s totally clean & charming. This is a Best Western so if you’re looking for a 5 star resort, it’s probably not for you. Based on the price we figured it would be an okay place to spend a couple nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations by far. No resort fees. Free parking. We haven’t a single complaint. I’ve stayed in a lot of Palm Springs hotels & this is now one of my favorites. We will definitely be coming back. Wonderful!!"

"The place is nice clean and has everything you need to home cook light meals, the BBQ areas are nice!! The only thing I wasn’t happy about it is that they gave us the room 1:30hours after check in time 4:00pm, the day we left they asked us to leave on time 10:00am. So,,, to me it’s not fair at all cuz they didn’t meet the schedule but they demand from you to leave on time. Other than that everything was good"
