"We have stayed here in the past and so we were looking forward to returning. Staff was super friendly and they were able to satisfy our request for a golf course view. The staff runs some fun activities daily at the pool for both children and adults. Location is super convenient to downtown Palm Springs, Indian Wells Tennis Garden and hiking trails "

"Just the basics. Clean room. Not many amenities. Had a few problems during stay: cold water in shower took a few days to fix. Door lock system shut down one morning and I didn't get back into my room after trying to grab coffee. caused an hour delay on a very important meeting prep day."

"Mineral Springs were excellently clean, refreshing and healing. Staff could of been a little friendlier but they were vert courteous. Facilities were excellent. Adam at Capri's Restaurant was an awesome waitor! Great time. Can't wait to go again soon!"

"This should not be referred to as a resort. IT IS NOT A RESORT. No Valet. No Doorman. No bell service. No Gift shop. No concierge. Broken elevator. Booked specifically to have a restaurant. Had 45-50 minutes for breakfast last Sunday, sat there for a half hour and no one looked at me. I had to ask the table next to me how does one get table service? I even called the front desk and asked them to send a waiter to my table and NOTHING. It was busy because of BNP Paribas - but they have that event every year SO STAFF FOR IT! That’s why the prices go up exponentially is because everyone comes in to town for this tennis tournament. I Ended up having to quickly check out and find somewhere to have breakfast so I could leave for the tournament. Very disappointing. I left feeling ripped off."
