"Nice to have 7 pools to choose from. Being open 24 hours was a concern for noise, but it was so quiet. Looks like they have done some improvements since my last visit 15 months ago. Good updates. Staff friendly. Only problem we encountered was the restaurant had stove issues so was not operational. But that did not take away from our real goal to relax in the mineral pools. I would come back again and again."

"Room was clean and spacious. Pool was amazing and very well kept We had a late night arrival and definitely found the night staff that received us was cold and it seemed like we were disturbing her. I had to go back the next day to get some more information. Clean, beautiful pool area, well maintained. You pretty much need a car as location is not really within walking distance of anything. They had great activities planned daily and seemed to cater to people of all ages. Seemed centrally located to drive anywhere in Coachella Valley. Plenty of grocery stores, red and shopping within a short drive but not walkable. Definitely recommend for families, and couples. An airport shuttle would have been great but not crucial. "

"Very disappointed in the condition of the room, very outdated compared to the photos on the website, our room had spider webs, walls were dirty, bathroom was so tiny you are basically on the toilet while washing your hands in the sink. The condition of the bathroom is kind of sad, paint pealing, dirty doors, the exterior grounds were in much better condition than the rooms. This weekend was supposed to be special for my husband’s birthday but the room was definitely a disappointing factor."

"Hotel is in bad shape with deferred maintenance evident everywhere. Carpets old , shower and bath faucet barely hanging, hotel does nothing for your dogs, soundproofing non existent, the air conditioning unit in patio sounds like car starting when turns on, and the loud music played continuously is annoying at best, DJ very loud music right outside my room on weekends…"
