Ok, let me say first that this place is now my most favorite quirky little spot. While not every little thing on the property is perfect, and they are actively working on renovations, and tue neighborhood is sort of uncharacteristic of a spa like this, this place is a real gem. The gardens are beautifully done, the view pf the mountains are great, the staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful, and most importantly, the 24/7 mineral hot springs-fed pool and 3 jacuzzis, and sauna and steam room, were amazing. It was also really quiet, and we were practically the only ones there. If and when I come back I will most definitely be staying here. Some of the odd stuff about the room were that the hot and cold temp indicators were switched on the shower, which had me thinking the hot water didn't work at first, but ot did, it was just backwards. We had a couple small beetles wander in because we were on the ground floor. But considering how qctually cool and chill everythong was, we couldn't literally care less. The place is totally chill, clean, and pretty special. We loved it!!!

Beautiful resort. The staff was friendly, ample parking, and the room was large and clean. Only issue was the a/c hadn’t been left on before we arrived and the room was HOT. But it did cool down reasonably fast! This was a great stay!

Very dated , floor in the room was lifted so bad you pinched your feet. TV was broken , fridge froze everything inside. beds small there earwigs in room, Hot tub was barely lukewarm. No pool towels. No one there to help with check out. VERY SLIPPERY ALL POOL AREAS

The most awful customer service I have ever experienced. We booked this as a stop over and got in late. The note on the door said to call this #...When i called the number to check in to the hotel it went to v.m. I called back it didn't even ring. The person then blocked my number. I left a message and got no return call. The next day i called and the woman told me "everyone knows we close at 11). What? Who is everyone? I had never stayed here and I never will. Not to mention the property looked nothing as it did in the pictures. It was run down and dirty on the outside. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the pools were nice and well kept. The mattress was very comfortable, so we slept really well. We also loved the mountain view, and the location is really convenient — close to shopping and everything you might need. We’d definitely come back!

Expedia could not cancel the booking, Expedia review do not show outside reviews. The hotel images are not how it looks now. There is a large property fence around part of it which indicates there is crime. Do not stay here. Sadly the hotel takes a hit but it is expedia fault.

Mountain view and pools are exceptional. 15 min drive to Palm Springs. Room was short on towels and coffee. But staff was great and always helped out . Super quiet neighborhood. Rooms were almost new construction. Great beds with down comforters!

Property is very peaceful and off the beaten path, near the edge of the metro area. Spent a quiet night in the soft beds and large rooms. Property has a swimming pool, outside and inside hot tubs with bubbles, and a separate mens and womens steam room. Cupboards are empty so bring your own dishes for microwaving and utensils/napkins for eating. A small hot water maker and a larger than usual refrigerator accompany the sink for kitchening. Coffee pot is a short walk to a room near the office. Staff was very accommodating with our late night check-in which was timely and efficient. Recent construction inside the room and outside around the tubs and pools looks like it was done in a craftsmanlike manner. Kick back and relax!

I had to admit I was skeptical getting off the freeway passing through the area to get to the hotel. But when we arrived I felt better. The hotel is nestled in a residential area but I didn’t expect it to be so quiet and so clean! The room is so nice, the kitchen area is perfect for a quick getaway and the tv options were great! I felt like I was at home. Sadly we didn’t get to try out the pool or jacuzzi like we planned but we are definitely going to book again for 2 days to test it all out. Down the street are food places, grocery store, convenience stores, bar and boutiques. We had no idea desert hot springs had this stuff. Very nice place for the price. Staff is nice and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is clean, and very comfortable. What made our experience truly special was the owner. He was incredibly kind and helpful, personally making sure we had everything we needed . It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about their guests. The owner, Mr. Henry, and Lucky the cat, provided us with the best hotel/motel experience ever (regardless of stars). The pool, whirlpools and saunas were spotless - 5 stars. We stayed 3 nights - and there was not a minute that the owner and staff was not fully prepared to accommodate every request. Mr. Henry and his outfit are a pearl among pearls. We traveled from Sacramento for this experience, and Relax exceeded all our expectations. Mr. Henry - the best host EVER. Daniel D. Richer.

The bathroom was dirty, there was a sharp plastic piece in the shower that cut my foot, the air conditioner didn’t work, there was no cable, and the staff wasn’t accommodating.
