「Pros: It’s overall a nice place. Love the layout and the large primary shower. The views are all that the owners claimed. The beds are comfy. Cons: The dining room furniture is of poor quality and has been thrashed. Should be replaced in my opinion. We were surprised that there were no provisions at all to welcome us such as complimentary water, coffee on hand for the Keurig, cookies or a special treat for the morning. 「The home was perfect for my 60th birthday celebration with my family and friends. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space and room in the living area for us all. The backyard space is the best of course with the pool and spa, ping-pong, and a new pickleball court. Very clean and well appointed house close by to everything you need in the desert. You will have fun finding the gameroom- hint its hidden in the garage!」
