「Property is very nice and convenient to town and airport. Just a food for thought. Because it’s so expensive to stay there ( On avg 750.00 per person per night) I would look to up grade appliances maybe a floor rug or two, shades and maybe a TV in the common area. 」

「Things that were aggravating: no outlet near my bed, except behind the bed where I couldn't access it. There were what appeared to be outlets on the bottom of the lamps, but I couldn't plug anything into them - didn't fit. I had to plug my phone charger into the wall, which was NOT near to the bed, so I couldn't be on my phone while it was charging. Also aggravating was the TV. It was March Madness and I could NOT download my app (YouTubeTV) to watch the bball games. I apparently needed the...

「The property had a lot of wear and tear. Door and some of the fixtures felt cheap. Drains in two of the bathroom flooding all of the beds were extremely noising.」

「The guest house was so cute, very clean, and easy to access. The host was very communicative and welcoming. They even left us hot cocoa and cookies, which was a very thoughtful touch. I will definitely be booking this listing again on my next visit if it's available.」

「Checking in was easy for me. I appreciate the safety of designated parking, coded gate to the property and electronic key to get into the unit. The place was immaculate and well-supplied...larger than I imagined too! It was away from heavy traffic, yet close enough to multiple attractions in Palm Springs and area towns. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would rent from this host again!」
