「They should have the gardeners start their leaf blowing and street sweeping type activity at 11 am, after everyone has checked out. It was really unpleasant when it happened as we were trying to load our car at 10 am. Otherwise, we love coming here, the amenities and the food are great. The lack of fitted sheets on the beds is my only other complaint, and they could upgrade their in-room coffee to a Keurig or even just better regular coffee, the coffee we made on our last trip was worse than...

「When I told them that the bathtub plug was broken and hot water was not filling up, they said they would come to fix it in 30 minutes. However, no one came. As a result, I was not able to use the bathtub. Also, I cannot use the heating. There is a wood stove, but there is not enough wood. The entrance door is not properly installed, so a draft comes in and it is cold.」

「We were in the Manzanita room. The room was better in person, than it was in pictures. Wasn't sure what would be all entailed with a kitchenette (as there were no pictures listed). It was a small bar size fridge, a microwave, keurig, toaster, kitchen sink, and stove top. The cupboards were supplied with plates/bowls/mugs/silverware/kitchen utensils/pots/pans. The cabin is bigger than it looks in the pictures. My only suggestion for improvement is to get some blackout curtains next to...
