「スタッフの方は、親切です。 カジノを満喫したかったのですが、タバコの匂いと煙で、できる状況ではなかった。スロットの機械も、ボタンを押すところが、タバコの灰だらけで、不潔でした。スタッフの方にお願いして掃除してもらいましたが、掃除も追いつかないほど、タバコを吸っている方が多いです。小さいカジノですから、ぜひ、禁煙にしてください。」

「Borrego Springs Resort & Spa is an older resort, and great for those who want to relax on somewhat of a budget (compared to other area resorts). It's a great base of operations for day trips around the park, or just hanging at one of the resort's two very nice, relaxing pool areas. We've visited about half a dozen times over the years, and it's always a good experience. 「The room was very clean. It was an old cabin so expected to have some minor cracks and screws loose, but it gave it a mountain charm that’s hard to find. Shower, bathroom, bed were all clean and it was perfect for a good night sleep.Although, nothing the hotel could do but the wind was really strong and wild the night we stayed so suggest getting earplugs and an eye mask cause the wind was loud and the sensor light outside the door kept getting triggered by the wind. 「The hotel is dated. The carpet in some areas were torn. Check I’m staff were awesome. However the breakfast food staff were not as friendly or helpful. I tried to buy a coffee and ai was told they weren’t sure if I could have coffee if I didn’t buy the buffet. 」
