Every staff person I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very clean and quiet. The location was convenient for the activities in which I participated. I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Palm Springs.

We had a great stay at Palm Mountain. It was quiet, clean, and the staff was great. The best part of staying here is how walkable this location is to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Our room was spotless with a view of the pool from our balcony. The staff were friendly and professional. The front desk, that checked us in, was extremely professional, kind and helpful. The bonus of our booking was the location. We were able to walk to the stores and restaurants.

Rooms were clean and spacious and modern. The bathroom was clean but had outdated granite. Our room had a balcony with pool view. Pool area had a nice fire pit with room for 12 people. They don’t provide maid service but you can ask the front desk for more towels and water bottles. Location was excellent and very convenient to all shops and restaurants and museums. Would definitely stay here again.
