"Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay. The lobby was clean and modern and the rooms were also. The staff was helpful and courteous. There were plenty of staff to help and waiting was minimal. The breakfast was top notch, a bit expensive, but good. I'd recommend an upgraded room vs. the basic small one. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to get hard floors instead of carpet. The location of the hotel is near the border of Kabukicho, so although its not within that area, I'd recommend walking around it to avoid it. The good part is its close to a lot of eateries. Explore the neighborhood behind the building, its nicer. To access Shinjuku station, I'd walk around kabukicho."

Easy check in / check out process, the only downside is only one elevator available for all the customers. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we come to Yokohama again."
