「It was great location, bar was excelent. The rooms so comfy. The pool big and clean. Jacuzz was also a great size. Patio bbq area super excellent!!!!! Staff though had a bad experience with bartender and also front desk the guy told me he would call once my room was ready to check in and he never did. Then to check out we rented 3 rooms and two of those rooms family members were able to check out late but they didn’t let me which was weird. But hotel was clean and coffee omg to die for 」
「Stayed to attend a convention held in downtown. I didn't come with a car, so the inn being right by the bus station was really convenient. The room was nice and clean, and even though the pillows didn't fit me personally, the stay was generally comfortable. Others have mentioned the noise, and it is true that you can hear other guests being a little loud across the wall, or the siren going off in El Cajon. The staffs were great people, and the location was nice as well.」

There is a Starbucks inside the hotel, and a large mall nearby, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast was delicious.
