During my stay, the room key broke down, and the people in the next room smoked, so I couldn't spend comfortably on the ocean-view balcony. I used the translation app to tell the front desk. 「Wir besuchen schon seit Jahren das Hotel Lago Mar Beach Resort und sind wie immer sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer. 2 Pools eine Erwachsenen und einen Allgemeinen Pool. Essen und Getränke haben einen angemessenen Preis. Wir können das Haus immer wieder empfehlen.」

「We stayed in room 709 which is a one bedroom suite with partial ocean view for our anniversary. View from the balcony was excellent and you could hear the ocean all night long when the sliding glass door was open, very relaxing. Resort is right on the beach with a nice bar and pool and jacuzzi. Service and location were great and the front desk even sent up a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate! Can't wait to visit the resort again soon! 」

「My only complaint was that the balcony was unusable for most of the day due to being in full sunlight for most of the day. Maybe this would be nice in winter, but it was entirely too hot to sit out there. If you are going to get a partial OV balcony, request one on the north side of the building to avoid the full sun all day!」

「From when we pulled into the property through the check-in and getting to the room, every employee was a 10. They were so helpful, cheerful, pleasant, and accommodating and that set the tone for our state. The room was immaculate. Great views of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and the beach, the bar and the restaurant all top notch. The host was great in communicating and this is probably the best vrbo property we've stayed at and we will be back.」
