「While we spent most of our visit out and about hiking, sightseeing, and swimming, this cabin was a great place to have a few meals and lie our heads between exploring the big island. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom and patio were really nice. The kitchen was well stocked for those looking to cook. However, there were a few cleanliness issues: the previous guests did not throughly clean the dishes, which attracted bugs, there was mold in the fridge, and there was a slight musty...

「The location within the rainforest was very nice, with a beautiful forest and river view and great sounds to sleep to. I had issues with air circulation, mold, and bugs, though. With the windows being so tiny, it got hot in there very fast and there was only a small fan on the desk - another fan or two would make it much better. Also, after night 1 I started feeling congested and realized the pillows I was sleeping on had a black mold, most likely due to the moist atmosphere and minimal airflow....

「This property is magical. We loved every minute we spent here. The outdoor shower was so refreshing with nature all around. Listening to the rain on the lanai was the highlight of my morning. Not to mention getting to pet rescue dogs and peak at rescue bunnies. I honestly wished I booked this place for at least a week instead of going back to Oahu. Will Def be back:)」
