「The views were spectacular. The dinning table was huge and had plenty of space for dinners with the family. Bedrooms were spacious. Any questions we had were answered and resolved quickly. Grocery store was close and within walking distance. There were food options near the grocery store as well. Linda was helpful with transportation options and great to work with. 」

「Place was ok… Not in the best of neighborhoods, but overall had a scenic view of the Bay Area. Water does not get real hot, and runs out quickly. Communication with the property manager was a problem prior to our arrival and once we arrived at the property. Overall I would rate this place a 3 out 5.」

「Muy buen lugar, así empiezan las descripciones, pero quedan cortas las palabras expresar que; casi no quisieras descansar por contemplar sus vistas a la naturaleza, y lo fácil que es relajarse y consentirse con sus vistas dentro de la habitación y jazuzzi. En familia es una maravilla y entre miradas intercambiadas con tu pareja es excepcional. El personal de apoyo muy sólidos tras "bambalinas" y el WhatsApp. Un invitado de gala entre la realeza maya. 「This was our first visit to Celestún, and it was a memorable one. The photos of the property were very accurate—it’s nicely decorated, clean, and charming. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. It was such a treat to wake up and walk a few steps to watch the sunrise over the ocean. 「Great location by the water. Snorkeling was great. Having a pool on the property was nice. It is about 10 minutes from the city, so it is nice to have a car for transportation. Inside was spacious and clean. There were air conditioners only in the two bedrooms, but were able to cool the place down. Kitchen had a microwave, toaster oven, large refrigerator and a stove. Overall, it was a nice, quiet and relaxing stay.」

「One adult with mobility issues was not a problem. Main floor bathroom and bedroom with easy in/out access was great. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which...

「We love the property. The landscape of the yard is beautiful and relaxing. The units are very well kept and so very comfortable. You have the option of sitting with an amazing ocean view or sunning by the wonderful pool ….thumbs up! The host is personable and took such good care of us. "20数年振りに泊まるということもあり、とても楽しみにしており、まさに期待以上のおもてなしでした。夫の誕生日が近かったので、ホテルに着いてからレストラン「ラ・ホヤ」を予約したいと日本人コンシェルジュに電話したところ、鈴木さんという方が対応してくださり、快く予約してくれ、安心できました。夕方頃行ったレストラン、「イスラ・コントイ」でテーブルについてくれたウェイターのフェルナンドさんはとてもよくしてくれました。この方は、夜はラ・ホヤにいて、誕生日を祝うためにテーブルに来てくれたマリアッチとわたしたちを動画に収めてくれるなど、ホスピタリティ溢れる方でした。プール、目の前に広がる海、そしてスタッフの方々の素敵な歓迎により最高の思い出をつくることができました。またいつか来ます。"

"とても綺麗なホテルで清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフもフレンドリーな方が多く、楽しいバケーションを過ごしました。しかし、入口ゲートからロビーまで歩いて25分かかり、移動が大変でした…。また、専用アプリからレストランが全く予約できない、金額や時間等間違った情報が表示されている、ルームサービスを頼むと毎回電話で確認が入ったが注文と違う商品が届くなど、ホテル側がデジタル化に対応できていないことによってスムーズな対応とはいえない部分が多々見受けられました。"
