"We absolutely loved the property. It had a great food and drink variety. All the a la carte restaurants were excellent, but the Asian food restaurant was simply AMAZING! The service was great. Rodolfo at the swimming pool bar was awesome! He suggested different drinks and would get us new drinks without even us asking. Andrea at the front desk also helped us get a new room with a better view. Overall, we had a great experience. We will definitely go back!"

"We had a great vacation here at Yucatan!! You are able to go to the other resorts, however this is the only adult only resort and visiting the others makes you very thankful for the quietness and relaxing atmosphere that Yucatan brings!!!! There were lots of food options to choose from, that staff were all very friendly and helpful and the grounds were beautiful 😍 There were so many different types of plants and animals to see. There were also lots of activities ever day if you wanted to participate and shows every night . My only minor complaints were that the towels were pretty scratchy, however the beds and bedding were very comfortable! This time of the year there was also quite a bit of seaweed on the beach, although the staff worked hard to get it cleaned up! Because of people trying to sell things to you, we only went to the beach a couple times, but all in all it was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. We highly recommend visiting !!"

"The Grand Riviera Princess is a great place to relax and has a great value for money. We greatly enjoyed seeing lot of wildlife, the nice amenities and pools. My daughter loved the activities in the Kids club. I appreciate that the hotel is less than 1 hour from the airport and the place is beautiful. However, the shops in the hotel are pretty expensive and the beach is not the nicest (lot of seaweeds and branches, water not clear)."
