"Well kept property, accommodating staff ( trinity) was very helpful. staff and cleaning crew were very nice. Renato was ensuring our questions and needs were attends too with the use of bbq grill. Been coming here for the past 5 years to celebrate my son and my birthday. And has been a family tradition. See you again next year! We enjoyed pickle ball, tennis , swimming, pool table and just soak in the pool and spa!"

"So the property was beautiful. the view from our room as great. Such a relaxing atmosphere for our honeymoon. the room was spacious. My husband (I love saying that) killed 2 small spiders on 2 different days. he came to my rescue. But its open country side so I get it. I just dont like spiders. I was surprised there were was no microwave. It could have been spelled out in the description and if so I 100% missed it. I was thoroughly excited planning my honeymoon so it is possible. But we also assume for such a fancy resort it would be standard. the coffee maker nice. we remembered to bring creamer in our ice chest. Buuuttttt good thing we travel with water also. just a suggestion to have maybe 2 complimentary bottles of water for the coffee machine? I dont think you want people to use tap water. & perhaps an extra roll of toilet paper? the roll wasnt new. after day 2 I used the restroom in the middle of the night & ran out . no extra roll. Also good thing we travel with a roll of toilet paper (for road side rest stops). my husband had to go retrieve it for me also. so just some small conveniences would go a long way. we stayed at 3 different hotels along the way of our honeymoon. one in Anaheim and also Tucson. This site was the longest of our stays. but the only one with no microwave & no complimentary water. so im only comparing to the other locations. but the beauty was all in this site. I didnt complain b/c there was no need . im just offering suggestions. Will stay again"

"This property is modern and comfortable with rustic ambiance that matches the surrounding area. the room was absolutely clean and everything was in great condition. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to access the Wifi, too. My first night, there were issues with loud guests in the middle of the night that went unresolved despite calling the front desk twice. (They were running up and down the hall and knocking on walls and trying to open room doors that were not theirs.) I spoke with the front desk the next morning and they assured me the party in question was leaving and were kind in listening and working with me to resolve the issue. It did not repeat again, thankfully. The breakfast was pretty good and I otherwise felt comfortable and safe staying at this hotel. There were plenty of spaces inside and outside of this hotel to relax."

"The rook was very clean when we arrived and we were so grateful for the ac being on when we came! The only wish was that they had a microwave in the room (it is available to used when asked tho, we’re just lazy haha) and the water to be hotter. The staff was very accommodating and perfect stay for visiting Julian."
