「Good hotel, great customer service」

「街から離れていたのもあり、退屈するのではないかと不安がありましたが、ホテル内のアクティビティ、食事、施設が充実しており、何よりオークルインクルーシブは退屈させませんでした。街へ行くにも無料のシャトルバスがあるし、テイデ山へ行くツアーも聞けば案内してくれました。食事は毎日飽きず、どれもとても美味しかったです。スタッフのサービスも良く、充実したあっという間の一時でした。また訪れたいです。」

「This is a great all inclusive hotel. If you can afford it, the royal level is well worth it for the upgrades it brings. The rooms were good and the food in all outlets was also good. Royal level clients have upgraded drinks, extra dining options of decent restaurant quality and a reserved pool area with waiter service. 「Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car. The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing.」

Riva Eco Guest House did not disappoint us: we were welcomed by Brahian on our late arrival to be shown into a spacious, light room on C level, with very comfortable mattress.
