Great location. Stayed in a terrace room and was great. The only negative I’d raise is for anyone with mobility issues … lots of stairs so if you have any issues check with the property before booking

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. De locatie was voor ons echt ideaal. We hadden geen auto en konden daardoor alles gemakkelijk te voet doen. De supermarkten liggen op ongeveer 15 minuten wandelen en ook Siam Park is op zo’n 20 minuten te bereiken. Daarnaast ligt het appartement dicht bij de boulevard en het strand, wat zeker een groot pluspunt was. Het in- en uitchecken verliep heel vlot en zonder problemen. Tijdens ons verblijf werd het appartement ook een keer tussendoor schoongemaakt en werden de handdoeken vervangen. Een klein minpuntje was de netheid bij aankomst. Op het eerste gezicht zag het appartement er netjes uit, maar bij het uitpakken merkten we dat sommige plekken toch wat vuil waren en beter schoongemaakt konden worden. De meest storende factor was het nachtlawaai, waardoor de nachten soms erg kort waren. We hadden vaak last van feestvierders, maar ook van containers die vroeg werden geleegd en karren die door de gangen reden. Tot slot nog een handige tip: als je een taxi nodig hebt, kun je die het best via het appartement zelf boeken. Dit bleek een stuk goedkoper te zijn dan via een andere maatschappij. Al bij al hebben we een aangenaam verblijf gehad en vooral de locatie vonden we echt top!

Excellent stay here. Recommended Great staff pleasant and helpful. Stayed 27/12-1/1/26. Arrived late 11pm. Quick informative check in. Located near Veronica’s and beach. Airport bus stop near. Pool nice and clean open over winter. Bar and food available. Knock at my door New Year’s Eve with a member of staff with a complimentary bottle of cava and box chocolates for new year. Late flight , luggage room and showers available.

Birthday bash in Tenerife

Everything was great except for the stairs but that was my own fault for not booking a one bedroom apartment instead of a studio, everyone was very helpful and I was even offered a different room, the people at the front desk were always on hand to help me in every way possible, I'll be going back again next year 👍🌞🌞

Struttura bella e pulita. Eravamo in un appartamento deluxe da 60 m2 con du camere ed un ampio bagno con soggiorno e cucina. Appartamenti realizzati da pochi mesi(2024) Consigliatissimo.

Hotel should be upgraded to 3 stars

The Rooms were clean, yes came across tiny ants and 1 cockroach (well, can't blame the hotel for this)but nothing was an issue for the management to sort out. They got the rooms fumigated and every request/demand we had was met. Literally, the best customer service hence would recommend this hotel. Only issue was the stair cases with heavy suitcase's to reception area.

Wasn’t expecting much , but apartment was modern, clean. Looked like recently upgraded. Had everything needed for a self catering . Only thing was no safe . Other than that can’t fault it for price range

The Appartement looks from outside old, but the rooms inside looks good and very modern. So the rooms are renovated. Sure it is a loudy location in the evening, but for me it is okay. You have every electronic Equipment in the Appartment what you need. Every 2 days the Clean Service come to exchange your towels and empty the Trash. The reception are very Kind and helpful, they are 24/7 available. One thing i notice, which is a negative point, they dont have a safe. All in all for the the the price and for the Central Location, it is great!

Great Property But: Only after purchasing my apartment for the week was I told about ‘reinvention noise’ Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm (it was actually 7 days a week) - this should be made clear to customers prior to buying. Workers played loud music despite one of the main rules for the apartments being ‘no loud music’.

This hotel & staff were both awesome! Arriving: A free upgrade the moment we entered the building. Lots of rooms, with good open space. We had 5 beds in our apartment, a full kitchen with pots & pans, a full-size fridge & small freezer for ice cream, a balcony with views of the volcano & more. Leaving: Our flight was at 6 pm, and the staff told us to keep the room until we had to leave :) Really kind & friendly, they called the taxi for us (20-second wait) Pro's -Low Prices -Big Rooms -Friendly Staff -Clean & Tidy -Perfect For Adults Con's -It's not ideal for families with kids. -If you have kids, stick to the big resorts where you can let your kids run around & join the secured kid's groups they have to offer, live entertainment etc.... But we have no kids & found this hotel amazing :) Parked our motorbike out front every day & had no problems throughout our stay.

The absolute BEST thing about this property is the lovely woman who works at the pool bar. She is an absolute delight and really brightened up our mornings. The prices at the pool bar are also very reasonable. There was a lot of construction still happening in the hotel so it wasn't looking great and there was still some noise in mornings from drills etc. Although not too much. The music down at Veronica's doesn't stop til 6am and there was no air conditioning in our room so we were forced to sleep with the balcony open all night, therefore being forced to listen to Pitbull and every other generic 128 bpm chart track of the moment. Our shower was poorly designed and would flood the entire bathroom, meaning we had to use most of our towels drying that up. It also meant that the bathroom floor was constantly damp. Beds weren't great. No headboard. Pretty squeeky etc and not the most comfortable. TV and WiFi were both good and kitchen facilities were all fine. This would be a 3 star review due to some of the major issues above, but the lovely lady at the pool bar and the close proximity to shops and nightlife etc earned the extra star.
