「We arrived at 44 Spanish Street Inn on May 2nd at 5:30PM. The property looked like it was undergoing some type of renovation and didn’t look anything like the website pictures. When we got to our room we discovered there was no electricity in the building. We called the property owner who’s comment was the electricity was supposed to be on by 5 then 6 and now he told us it would be 8:30PM. 「平屋建て、7室。ガーテンでの食事も楽しく、バラエティに富んだ旅行客。楽しい日々でした。ただ、フロントスタッフが日替わりで、常駐しておりません。深夜に浴びるシャワーの音が、響くのが難点です。」

「We loved the 2nd floor veranda, as there was always a nice breeze even though the temperature was very hot. The noise level from the street is a lot to get used to but the home was beautifully appointed and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. The location worked well for St. Augustine as most things were only a short walk to get to.」

「The hotel is charming, but the location could be better. Unfortunately, the staff experience was disappointing. Breakfast service was especially frustrating — although the restaurant opens at 8:30 AM, food service did not actually begin until around 9:20 AM, which is far too late for guests with morning plans.」
