"This resort was fabulous! New and clean! Great amenities and staff and beach. Nice sidewalk to go for long walks out front of resort as well. Would definitely stay again. Only thing to note- pool deck is very slippery and we did see a crocodile in the ocean! "

"Our stay was outstanding. I was upgraded from two deluxe room to 2 bedroom suite. It was spanking clean, spacious and easy access to the beach, front desk, food areas and next to the pool. All inclusive food and drinks are excellent for our group. Room service was great, they were fast and efficient. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. There are variety of food including dessert and ice cream. We were there for a wedding and It was a mini vacation well spent."

"This was our second stay here at Villas del Palmar Flamingos. As always the room was spotless clean at arrival and during the stay. The staff and bell boys are always so kind and very helpful throughout our stay. Very family friendly place. I will always recommend this place and will be booking our future stays in PV here ❤️✨"

Ours was an all inclusive stay and we enjoyed the hospitality, kids play areas, pool was neatly maintained and drinks were served to the pool Only negative thing to say about this stay is though we had 3 restaurants, dinner wait time was ridiculous at 1hr + and they did not have an option to call/text us so we had to keep going and checking if tables were available,"

"I made a reservation but received no follow-up or check-in instructions prior to arrival. When I got there, there was no way to check in and no one available to provide answers. After trying to get help and getting no response, I was turned away.This left me without a place to stay, with no notice and no support. On a night when everything else was booked, this situation was incredibly stressful and avoidable.If a property cannot provide basic communication and check-in instructions, they should not accept reservations. This experience showed a complete lack of responsibility and accountability."
