It is very rare to find a hotel where across the board the staff are helpful and polite and greet to you with a smile when we visited the health club we were offered a tour of the facilities and the procedure for borrowing towels, robes and padlocks was clearly explained to us by a girl called Katie without us even having to ask. she was excellent! 「We are just back from an amazing 3 night stay at the Legoland resort hotel. The hotel is fantastic, so much for children to do, we loved the Themed rooms and the entertainment for the kids. The early access to the parks when you purchase park tickets is an added bonus to beat some queues.
