Due to an 'oversight' a man entered my room without knocking making me feel very unsafe.

I stay here everytime in in Farnborough for work, my only complaint is that the laundry machine "time remaining "isn't accurate, as long as you don't plan for it to be done in 10 minutes when it says 10 minutes remaining you're

This is not a hotel - it is a room in a personal house. Despite showing private bathroom it isn't, cat food was stored in a broken wardrobe, there was no bedside table or lamp, and no fire door or smoke detector in room. Owner's kids loud downstairs - it is not a good set up.
