"From the moment we checked in the experience could not have been better. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room when the receptionist noticed my mother’s wheelchair ‘to make it easier’ - a very thoughtful touch. The room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with coffee/tea/biscuits, robes, slippers etc. we dined in the informal restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent, food delicious and prompt. We loved that there was a shop inside the hotel for any forgotten items and late night snacks. Overall an excellent stay, superb staff and excellent location for terminal 5 - we found it easily although the signage is small."

"Very conveniently located to South Terminal of Gatwick (though some sign posting from the terminal to the hotel could be a little clearer and numerous). Overall a very comfortable stay with high quality bed, pillows and sheets. We had just landed at Gatwick in the early hours of the day and needed a place to sleep ahead of a long car journey the next day and the place met the needs nicely. Good breakfast on offer though part of the breakfast area was rather cold. Overall would recommend staying at this hotel."
