「Very close to beach access but the place needs some attention」

「Only negative, if you're a cook, this probably isn't the unit for you. (cookware could use a refresh) Otherwise, great location, comfortable, great response from host, great space. nice deck up top!」

「Our stay was awesome! Hosts Bernie and Diane were lovely people and the apartment had everything we needed. The location was perfect, we rode the bikes everywhere, did not even rent a car. We were able to take them to Rosemary, Alys, Inlet beach, 30Avenue, Donut hole. We even checked out the Watersound Origins development via bike ride. The Seacrest Village was beautiful and clean. The tram that takes you to the beach, pool,peddlers village was a plus, though you can also ride the bikes or walk....

「We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beaches very much! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, clean inside and out, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and other household items. Nice location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the beach! Wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back again.」

The cottages are centrally located with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions. The gazebo out back was perfect for evening gatherings.
