「The property is very lovely and the pools are great. The pool bar employees are nice and they make a good cocktail. The beach is a quick few minute ride with a shuttle and the beach bar and area is great as well. Oscar makes a great mojito! The buffet and El Olivo had very tasty food and good service. The only downside was there was a musty smell in our room. We loved our stay at the Aquamarine and will be back! 」

「Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family.」

「Our reception at Lopesan Costa Bavaro was great! Bladimir was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival and departure. Dalitza working the buffet area was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A smile can go a long way :) Buffet was the best we've experienced at an all inclusive resort. MANY different options including a kids corner, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free. It is worth watching a video to get a better idea of how big the buffet actually is. The only thing I...

「Pros: The private pool and bar were exceptional. Beautiful, clean, friendly. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. Reception was excellent. Great drinks!! Everyone was sooooo nice and friendly. Cons: The beach is covered in seaweed, as is the water. So much so that we could not enter the ocean. The view is lovely, but it is not a “beach vacation.” The other not great issue is the food. Just not very good. 」

「I enjoyed my 3 nights at this property. The pool view was absolutely amazing even though there is not an ocean view. I paid extra for breakfast and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were a few things that I did not like, such as the WiFi only working in the lobby. The balcony sliding door not being able to close or lock. They did not provide wash cloths. Other than that, it is an awesome hotel.」

「We booked 3 rooms for 7 people in our family. Terrible from check in to check out. Stained sheets, body hair in the bath rooms. Filth everywhere. We checked in at 11:30 at night., Only two rooms assigned to us so no key for the third room. It took until 1 AM to get management to give us the third room. So dirty and disgusting most of us slept on top of the beds and in our travel clothes. The hotel is more than 300 M from the beach. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Even the most budget...
