「This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. 「Rooms are in very poor condition, they try to make you sign a contract before seeing the room that states you have seen it and have “no complaints” and cannot be refunded. They also state if the food or conditions cause illness that could be “LIFE THREATENING” they will not be liable. 「First, The staff was very kind and this poor review is no reflection on them as a group. Know this when booking: 1. It's a mile way from the beach and not on it as photos show. 2. The room is in very poor condition. We had no hot water the first night. The entire facility needs a major renovation. 3.」
