「1人1部屋の予約のはずが、1人の予約に対して、複数部屋予約されていることが当日宿泊した同僚の連絡で判明、複数部屋が予約されていること自体を知る方法もなく、ホテル側に確認しても予約してサイト Hotels.com 側でしかキャンセルできないから、そちらで確認してくれと言われる。Web委記録上やメールの予約確認以外に予約したこともなく、記録もないため、Hotels.com に電話連絡しても複数予約が判明せず、まったく話が通じない状態に。。。メールをしても返信はなく、デポジットのアカウントに不明な予約分をチャージされることになり、最悪の状況に。システム上で何か問題が起きたとしか思えないが、Hotels.com は一切反応なく、調査や対応もない。あまりに酷い対応、オンライン予約サイトの落とし穴、利用には十分注意ください。」

「De lokatie is erg mooi met dorpswinkel op loopafstand. De kamer was schoon en netjes maar tijdens douchen bleek de douchekop erg te lekken. Diner werd aanvankelijk lauw opgediend maar dat werd op ons verzoek snel gecorrigeerd. Al met al hebben we er fijn overnacht.」

「10 ⭐️ property - excellent room, comfy beds, easy check in and check out, next to practically the best restaurants in London (Italian, Thai, bars & pub food etc.) and at least 8 convenience stores within 1 minute walk. A cell phone store across the street so we could buy adaptors and cords. Plus bus stops and train station all within blocks of the hotel. We bought beer and ice and they provided a container we could use! Kindness and hospitality galore. We stayed 3 days and would definitely stay...
