Only con was they only offer indian food for dinner, so my mom was not able to eat anything and she does not like it, would be nice to have a more versatile selection of different cuisines."

"Excellent dog friendly hotel. The hotel is next to a busy road so highly recommend booking a lakeside room which are much quieter, large and have a good view. Whilst the hotel is quite tired, for the price we paid and service we received, it represents good value. Meals in the bar well priced too. "

"This place was disgusting. I’ve never in my life seen suck a filthy run down dump in my life. You would be better staying in a dump yard. Holes in the doors and walls and floors were black, it was horrible. And the en-suite was black. I’ve never seen something so dirty in my life. How it is even possible to get in such a state. They advertise something on the website and it does not even look like the photos. False advertising. Staff are also rude and not helpful. This place should be shut down "

"We got a free upgrade and the room was beautiful. Hotel provides coffe, tea, biscuts, complimentary still and sparkling water and toiletries! So impressed! Bed is really comfortable. Didnt use the apa facilities, but good to know that even after check out at 11am you can still use the spa till 1pm. "

"Staff lovely, food and service reasonable, and the fridge and microwave is a great bonus, as are the takeout hot sandwiches at Breakfast, but the room could be a lot cleaner, it's not nice finding lots of dust when looking behind bedside cupboards for sockets to plug chargers into, plus the carpet was filthy"
