「Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...

「Room fine for motorway stop over. Never usually bother doing reviews but wanted to note the excellent customer service be reception desk woman late evening 22nd Oct. She was helpful, friendly and just genuinely chatty.」

「The pillow was smelly」

「Very disappointing. The parking is on-site, but tight and hard to enter especially if people park inconsiderately. Do not be fooled by the photos of the hallway, the rooms (or at least our “family room”) was extremely dated and frankly like a hostel. Cobbled together furniture that looked like it had been donated and organised very poorly in the room. The bathroom looked like it may have been renovated in recent years but the shower was filthy, the pedal bin lid fell off as soon as we stepped...

「The shrubs need to be trimmed. On the positive side the room and bathroom I had were clean and filled with natural light. Staff was very obliging. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance to East Croydon Station . The restaurants and grocery stores catered to a very diverse population.」

「Lovely place to stay, basically a guest room in a shared house though. Quiet hours meant no late showers which was hard when our days were planned ahead of time. Host was sweet and the room was nice, just felt like a lot of rules that would’ve been helpful ahead of time. The small town is so fun, loved walking around the stores and trying all the local restaurants - they close early so plan for that!」

「website says the small room use downstairs bathroom so we paid the extra for bigger room but still made to used the downstairs one. paid the extra 20 pounds for a late check out(2 hours). Can't use the living room. Basically you can just stay in your room. 20 minutes walk to the nearest shop.」

「We booked via Expedia and added the reservation to our premier inn account. There seemed to be a problem from the start. The app stated I had requested a meal and breakfast for 1 (but there were two of us travelling) and that I had over £50 to pay. After several messages via Expedia I was reassured that everything was ok. When we arrived at midnight the reservation number wasn’t in the system… using my name and postcode didn’t work either. After 20 minutes the reservation was found after going...

「Lovely hotel in Bromley. Would definitely stay there again!」
