「I stayed for 5 days. The staff was very responsive and it was a facility that I would want to stay at again. thank you very much.」

「Just there one might - nothing to complain about」

「Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...

「I booked a room overlooking the trees, as shown on Expedia, for nearly £300 a night to celebrate our anniversary. Instead, I was given the room shown in the attached photos. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The moment I saw the room and its “view”, the mood of our anniversary was ruined. This was not what I had booked or expected to receive for nearly £300 a night. When I questioned the view, I was told that it was the only room available and that I would have to pay...

「Very clean Great parking facilities. Had noise disturbance on both nights I stayed there, from other guests. Not the fault of the hotel. Probably not the best place if you want a peaceful stay. Lots of nearby shops etc」

「Very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again when down that way.」
