The breakfast had a really good variety but it was extremely busy and uncomfortable when there was rude people who had no sense of spatial awareness I found it uncomfortable and had breakfast in my room. Also be aware that the bar area is closed Staff were really good and helpful in every area. "

Every hotel in the world should have staff like them. They were so outstanding in their presentation at the front desk especially Disha, she helped us with all we needed to know about London and made our stay so sweet and memorable at Double Tree.
