Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Great location, great staff, very posh. If you are an American you appreciate the room size. The rooms are nice and not small like many European hotels. Pool was nice too except for the obnoxious children constantly jumping in the pool.

Front desk rude. Works directly above room with no notice. Fake eyelashes still stuck on the bedside table from previous guest. Internet slow. Can’t connect HDMI items to TV. Fridge not on.
