This brand-new themed apartment can host up to 6 people. Enjoy modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, 2 spacious bathrooms, 1 comfy King-size bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed for all guests. Take advantage of Free Parking, super-fast Wi-Fi throughout, and Smart TV. It is just minutes from Orpington station, with easy access to London. Orpington Hospital and Shopping Centre are also within walking distance.
THE SPACE:
- Accommodates up to 6 guests.
- 60 sqm total area.
- Building and apartment entrances are secured with access codes.
- Spacious, bright and modern interior.
- Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
- Living area with sofa bed for the additional guests, armchair, coffee tables, and Smart TV.
- Comfortable bedroom area with king-size bed on the lower floor and two single beds on the mezzanine upper floor, accessible via a staircase.
- Free parking space.
- Superfast and reliable 250 Mbps WiFi throughout
- Building equipped with a lift.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- We manage several units in this building.
- Only the guests registered at the time of booking will have access to the apartment.
- Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.
- A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building, for an added layer of security.
- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
- We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request.
- The sofa beds are available upon request for an additional charge:
For bookings of 3 or 4 guests, 1 double, 2 single beds are provided
For bookings of 5 or 6 guests, 1 double, 2 single, 1 sofa bed are provided
