"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, from July 27 to July 30, and overall had a pleasant experience. The standout feature was the cleanliness. The room and common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory and providing a convenient start to each day. There were, however, a couple of drawbacks. The music played continuously 24 hours a day in the front desk and entrance area. While it may have been intended to create a welcoming atmosphere, it became quite annoying, especially during late-night and early-morning hours. Additionally, the parking spaces were quite congested, making it somewhat difficult to maneuver and park, particularly when the lot was busy. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and very clean, but reducing the volume or hours of the lobby music and improving the parking layout or availability would make the guest experience even better."

"Aseeruddin, the front desk representative, was incredibly helpful during my stay. I was only in the city for two days, and he took the time to plan my entire itinerary. He even wrote everything down on a piece of paper, including which subway lines to take and the best route to cover New York City's major attractions. He is a true gentleman—kind, sweet, patient, and genuinely caring. His guidance made my short trip much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Aseeruddin, for going above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate your kindness and outstanding customer service!"

LIV Hotel Bronx - Newly Built

"I really liked this hotel. Came to New York for a family gathering. Staff were super friendly and such a fast check-in process. My recommendations are to arrived around 1:30pm so you can have a parking space since there’s only 12 parking spaces. Go for a walk or wait in your car until is time to check in. Me and my husband just walked to McDonald’s to grab something to eat and they let us check in by 2:30pm. No more parking spaces available at that time. So it was great that we parked early. No iron in your room but you can call the front desk and they will bring you one. You do have a nice fridge in your room. I didn’t feel unsafe in that area. Definitely recommend this hotel!"

"This my first time staying in the Bronx - we selected hotel because of it's proximity to Yankee Stadium. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff was helpful and it was a 10 min walk to the stadium - our party of four was safe coming back to the hotel in the evening. In addition, this was close to the subway lines too - easy to get into and out of the Bronx on our trip to NYC"

"We had an amazing time in New York City while staying at the hotel. The hotel was conveniently located about a 12-minute walk from Crestwood Station, making it easy to reach Grand Central Terminal and explore all the city’s attractions. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a relaxing ambiance. The bedside reading lights were a great touch, allowing me to enjoy a good book during my stay. The suite was large enough to accommodate six people comfortably. Before embarking on our sightseeing adventure, we had a quick breakfasts in the hotel lobby. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even coordinating a shuttle to the station in the rain for my family. Their attention to detail and care for their guests truly made our stay memorable."
