「The location is very convenient.」

「Room was cleaned well everyday. All staff were serving nicely. There was summer festival in August at the Park Avenue, which made it hard to access by cab.」

「1. The room had only one chair and no table. 2. The shower only worked from ceiling but handful shower did not work. 3. The coffee shop at the lobby closed at 4:00. When we received guests there was no other choice except to go outside.」

「I stayed it at other Lotte hotels in Korea and expected similar quality and cleanliness especially for the prices they charge at the New Yorker.. was severely disappointed in almost every aspect of the stay. No toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom, fixed showers that can’t be adjusted, no slippers or robe and generally dirty and dates everything..」

「Very bad property and staff also very rude」
